Great job in defining the meetings but you only gave one example for one meeting, I couldn’t really tell if there were any other ones

Great job in explaining what each meeting was and maybe be more definitive in what the meetings are and also be more specific with the examples

Planning meeting: where you plan what you’re going to do and who’s gonna do what in the whole project (ex: person A will do this and person B will do this and the rest of the team will do this) Daily scrum/stand up meeting: where you discuss what you did the day before, what you will do today and what you will do tomorrow (ex: yesterday I did the banner on the site, today I will finish the banner on the site and tomorrow I will send it for testing)  Project kick off meeting: where you talk about the next project that’s gonna take place (ex: the next project will take place in a few weeks and this is what it’ll consist of)  Architectural meeting: meeting about what the product will look like and how the layout will be (ex: the banner on the site needs to look blue, the rest should look green)   Data modeling meeting: where you talk about the data collected or any data collected at all (ex: the data shows most consumers would prefer product A better than product B)  Internal meeting: meeting with team members about progress so far in the project (ex: I’m halfway done with this certain thing in the project)  Retrospective meeting: looking back at the project and thinking of what we could improve on, what to do next time and also reflect on what we did right and good (ex: we did good on making sure the site works well overall, but next time, we could fix the little bugs beforehand) Demo meeting: presenting the product to the clients before distributing it to the public (ex: showing client product and waiting for the OK from them)

Your acceptance criteria is good, i don’t think you have to define it for the assignment though, just write one, at least that’s what I understood about the assignment. Again, it’s good, but I think next time, format it a bit better so it’s easier to understand which criteria you’re trying to get across, I guess. I had to read it multiple times in order to understand that there was multiple criteria present.

Acceptance criteria: TV will show utmost HD quality, channel and picture wise when customer turns from channel to channel.

I agree, it just seems more reliable and more easy to deal with if you’re prone to mistakes and what not And also good for the meticulous kind of people.

I would choose agile because its easier showing the product to the customer to see if they’re pleased with it, and preparing the site little by little so if there are any issues or changes to be made, then not much time has to be wasted in making them.
