There are 5 type of scrum meeting on our Sony TV project .Meetings are follow 1)Daily stand up meeting(or call daily roll call meeting) 2)Sprint planning meeting 3)Sprint review meeting 4)Sprint Retrospective meeting 5)Product backlog refinement meeting Here is some of the example of each meeting . Daily stand up meeting: Everyday about same morning time 5 to 15 minutes ,and take place with participants stand up to remind the team to keep the meeting short and to the point.Every team member has few minutes to introduce them self and talk about what they have done yesterday what will do today and what will do tomorrow. We can also call this meeting team huddle. Sprint Planning meeting : Its basically done in collaboration with our scrum team .The Sony TV project owner describe the objective of the sprint and what backlog items contribute to the goal. Then we (scrum team) Decide what can be done in next sprint, and what we will do during the sprint make that happen. Sprint review meeting: This meeting we will held at end of the sprint to impact the increment and adapt the product backlog if needed . Also we demo the sprint. Sprint retrospective meeting: Its basically Self assessment and self criticism. And talk about what went well , what went wrong ,and what we learn on this sprint , and what we should do different in next sprint. This meeting is 2 to 3 hour long once a month. Product backlog refinement meeting: Is a meeting that we held near the end of one sprint to ensure that the backlog is ready for next sprint. I try to give some example but i know i made probably so many mistake in my example please feel free to correct me or any comments or concern and any feedback will be appreciative Thanks team.
